The opening of the Sports High School, which was built by SANKO and Konukoglu Family within the scope of the “100 Philanthropists in the 100th Year” campaign initiated under the coordination of Gaziantep Governorship, and named after Adil Sani Konukoglu, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of SANKO Holding, was performed with a ceremony held on the school campus.
After the speeches of Davut Gul, the Governor of Gaziantep, Fatma Sahin, the Metropolitan Mayor, Abdulkadir Konukoglu, the Honorary President of SANKO Holding, Adil Sani Konukoglu, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of SANKO Holding, Yasin Tepe, the Provincial Director of National Education, and the philanthropist Konukoglu, Adil Sani Konukoglu Sports High School was inaugurated with a prayer, accompanied by Provincial Mufti Dr. Huseyin Hazirlar, and the school was visited.
For the “100 Philanthropists in the 100th Year” campaign, SANKO Holding contributed to the construction of two schools with 32 classrooms, one with 24 classrooms, a gymnasium, and a library.
At Adil Sani Konukoglu Sports High School that has 24 classrooms, there is a football field, a sports hall, two tennis courts, two basketball courts, a hostel with a capacity of 264 girls and boys, and a lodging with 12 flats.
